First day of full nausea. Woke up way early this AM and felt like I was going to get sick. Forced myself to forget about it and go back to sleep. Went for a run this morning and was nausea's during the majority of the run, hoping I would be like my friend Courtney, who kept herself from getting sick by running. The only thing I can think of that is slightly appetizing is V8! Water is definitely not appetizing. Cary went out to and bought me a can of V8, so sweet!
